On Monday 8th January 2018, I will be starting a ‘Boot Camp’ designed to help you set realistic goals, motivate you to achieve them and support you in making long term changes to your health and wellbeing which will still be in place this time next year.  

As a self-confessed non–exerciser for over 10 years, I had a transformational moment almost 5 years ago when I started exercising again and joined a detox programme. My initial goal was to feel more confident in my bikini on holiday that Spring but along the way I picked up so much more and changed my lifestyle completely. It was a truly transformational process which has enabled me to fall back in love with exercise and, more importantly, with myself. After spending my teenage years hating my body and thighs, but loving food, I fell into a love hate relationship with myself and food which has fuelled my entire life. Now as I fast approach 50 I‘m finally happy and confident in my own skin!

I had such a life changing journey as I’ve embraced the programme that I changed career and now work with other to help them achieve their fitness goals. I'm known as ‘The Butterfly Coach’ as I transform busy, stressed out, career-focused professional women into healthy, self-confident butterflies.

Originally self-taught -  they say these are the best advocates for change as we feel your pain and can empathise with you - but laterly I studied anything and everything I could get my hands on around nutrion, the microbiome in our giut and our relationship to food.  I now have a wealth of expertise at my fingertips to draw on and support you in achieving your goals.

So how does it work?

  • We’ll provide the fuel for 2 healthy meals a day plus snacks and drinks, plant based meals designed to be bio-available to the body so you absorb all the nutrient needed.

  • Fitness plans to help you get started, or to take your fitness to the next level.

  • Guidance in understanding key allergens in our diet and how to eliminate them.

  • Access to a private Facebook group which is there to support you on a daily basis.

  • Ongoing private maintenance group on hand to support you as you come off the plan and continue to better health and wellbeing. We want you to achieve your goals but we also want you to maintain your success so we’ll be there to support you on an ongoing basis.

  • Recipe ideas for wholefood meals which are simple to make, will fill you up and ensure you feel energized. No fancy cooking skills necessary!

  • All meal ideas are family friendly so you can eat as a family – no faddy ingredients or only rabbit food!

  • Weekly Meal plans and shopping lists to support you in achieving success.

  • Vegan, Vegetarian, fish and meat based options in every meal plan.
